Rusty is the President and Founder of Performance 360, established in 2003. He is a versatile and results-driven leader with extensive experience in IT service management, systems alignment/integration, process improvement, project management, leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, and training delivery & development. He has led multiple projects and initiatives to optimize enterprise-wide solutions and results that achieve performance excellence (ITIL 4, ITSM, DevOps, ServiceNow, Baldrige Framework (State Award), CMMI, COBIT, ISO 9000). He helps clients accomplish business and strategic digital transformation initiatives that drive customer success.
Rusty serves as senior advisor for multiple IT/Enterprise Service Management projects with various clients using the ServiceNow platform. He develops and customizes business processes to meet key objectives related to core functions such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Fulfilment, Service Catalog, Project Management, and Facilities Management. He is a certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional and Strategic Leader and has taught numerous certification courses in partnership with ITSM Academy, DevOps Institute, CCS Academy, AXELOS, and PeopleCert. He is a Certified ScrumMaster®, Senior ASQ Member and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). See CV for more information.
