Founder and President
Rusty is the Founder and President of Performance 360, established in 2003. He is a versatile and results-driven leader with extensive experience in IT service management, systems alignment/integration, process improvement, project management, leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, and training delivery & development. He has led multiple projects and initiatives to optimize enterprise-wide solutions and results that achieve performance excellence (ITIL 4, ITSM, DevOps, ServiceNow, Baldrige Framework (CA State Award), CMMI, COBIT, ISO 9000). He helps clients accomplish business and strategic digital transformation initiatives that drive process improvement and customer success.
He is a certified ITIL 4 Master and has taught numerous certification courses in partnership with PeopleCert/AXELOS, ITSM Academy, DevOps Institute, CCS Learning Academy, ITpreneurs and The Training Associates.
He serves as senior advisor for multiple IT/Enterprise Service Management projects with various clients using the ServiceNow platform. He develops and customizes business processes to meet key objectives related to core functions such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Fulfilment, Service Catalog, Project Management, and Facilities Management.

State & Federal Certifications
- Performance 360 is a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) in the State of California as well as certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with the federal government.
- DVBE Program: At least 3% of California contracts are awarded to DVBE companies using the “SB/DVBE Option" (aka set-aside) when contracting for goods, services, information technology, and public works projects.
